Brewer - Adam Matuška
He graduated from the Secondary School of Food Technology in Prague, in brewing technology. He's done apprenticeships at Pivovar Strahov, in Prague, and briefly at Golf Brau, in Tunisia. He has also brewed in Denmark with other local students of brewing technology. He polished his English during a summer job at the Pivo Cafe Bar, in York, in England, where he was introduced to different international styles. He has presented his own beer at the Great British Beer Festival and, in 2010, he became the youngest member of the tasting committee at the Great American Beer Festival. He's been a brewer at the family brewery after graduating in 2009. |

Assistant Brewer - Jan Hanuš
He graduated from the Secondary School of Food Technology in Prague, in brewing technology, and has done apprenticeships at Pivovar Pernštejn, in Pardubice, and Staropramen, in Prague. |

Art director – Jakub Matuška aka Masker
Jakub is the designer of the brewery's logo, and he's also a designer of labels, coasters, glasses, t-shirts, jackets, etc. He graduated from AVU, in Prague, and during his studies did internships in London and New York. Head Brewer – Martin Matuška
The founder of the brewery. He trained as a maltster at Pilsner Urquell and graduated from the Secondary School of Food Technology in Prague, in brewing technology.
He's been a brewer since 1981, and has worked at Staropramen, U Fleku and Pivovar Strahov, in the Czech Republic. He has trained brewers abroad in Japan, Tunisia, South Korea, and Denmark. He has also trained at Uley Brewery, in England, where he was inspired to open his own brewery, without a restaurant, which was an uncommon thing in the Czech Republic. During his tenure at Pivovar Strahov, he received a “Brewmaster of the Year” award, and the brewery itself received many awards thanks his beers. In 2006 he became a member of the tasting committee at the World Beer Cup Seattle. |
