Sunshine
A sour beer inspired by Future Sunshine by Pressure Drop Brewing, which we tasted in England. It is a sour fruited ale with 6% alcohol, in which we played a bit with tropical fruit. Namely peach, pineapple and passion fruit in the form of puree. Sunshine smells and tastes like summer, laying on a blanket, summer loves, hot sand and wavy ocean, simply everything we miss during the winter.

All placesThe Matuška Brewery was founded on April 13th, 2009, which was an Easter Monday. The very first batch was brewed on this day and the beer was our special dark lager beer. The brewery falls in the mini-brewery category and it was founded by brewmaster Martin Matuška, who has been working in the beer industry since 1981.
