New Broumy are a beer that falls in to the category carrying the same name. This style represents everything we like – strong hop aroma, balanced flavors, and mainly high drinkability. The hop experience is provided by Azacca, Idaho and Citra hops, and also by adjustments made to the boil. With the combination of barley malt, wheat malt, and oat flakes (IT IS NOT A WHEAT BEER, THOUGH! :-)), we were able to achieve a very fine flavor. A small percentage of sour malt and orange peel just encourages you to take another sip.
