The beer is brewed from Pilsner and wheat malt, raspberries, hip, coriander, hop and a bit of salt. It is therefore a raspberry gose with hip. This beer is very refreshing, slightly sour, you can feel the raspberries in the aroma as well as when you drink it. All this makes for a very rounded full taste enhanced by sea salt. Drinkability: Extremely high!

All placesThe Matuška Brewery was founded on April 13th, 2009, which was an Easter Monday. The very first batch was brewed on this day and the beer was our special dark lager beer. The brewery falls in the mini-brewery category and it was founded by brewmaster Martin Matuška, who has been working in the beer industry since 1981.
