Hellcat
HELLCAT
Hellcat is one of the strongest Double IPA beers made in Czech. The aroma is dominated by the Simcoe hop, which smells like a pine. We use only light Pilsner malt, but the color of the beer is slightly amber – like, which happens because of the large quantities of malt used in brewing this beer. Even though the analytical indicators of Hellcat are quite high, it is easy to drink and the hops will make you “high”.

All placesThe Matuška Brewery was founded on April 13th, 2009, which was an Easter Monday. The very first batch was brewed on this day and the beer was our special dark lager beer. The brewery falls in the mini-brewery category and it was founded by brewmaster Martin Matuška, who has been working in the beer industry since 1981.
